Wole is a graduate of Agricultural Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, as well as an alumnus of Harvard and Lagos Business Schools.

He has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and general management in agro-commodities export and the crop science industry. His previous leadership experience includes being the managing director of Saro AgroSciences Nigeria and Ghana, as well as Saro Lifecare.
